1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Bouclier application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User", "you") and Bouclier ("we", "our").

2. Service Description

Bouclier is a mobile call blocking app that allows you to:

• Manually block phone numbers
• Automatically block calls from certain countries
• Report numbers as spam or scam
• Sync your block list via iCloud
• Benefit from automatic protection (premium feature)

3. Terms of Use

3.1 Eligibility

To use Bouclier, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country)
• Own a compatible iOS device
• Reside in a country where use of the App is legal

3.2 Apple Account

Use of the App requires an Apple account (Apple ID) for downloading from the App Store and iCloud sync features.

3.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only to:

• Block unwanted calls you personally receive
• Report spam numbers honestly and accurately
• Personal and non-commercial use

3.4 Prohibited Uses

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use the App for harassment or blocking legitimate calls
• Report numbers abusively or falsely
• Attempt to bypass the App's security measures
• Use the App for illegal activities
• Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer
• Resell or redistribute the App

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Version

Bouclier offers a free version with limited features.

4.2 Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are available in the following plans:

• Monthly: Automatic renewal each month
• Yearly: Automatic renewal each year
• Lifetime: One-time payment, permanent access

4.3 Billing

Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store:

• Payment is charged to your Apple account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscriptions in your iPhone Settings

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests must be addressed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We cannot directly process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

5. Intellectual Property

The Bouclier App, including its code, design, graphics and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 "As Is" Service

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

6.2 Exclusions

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will block 100% of unwanted calls
• The App will function without interruption or error
• Information from the community database will be accurate

6.3 Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:

• Legitimate calls blocked by mistake
• Data loss or indirect damages
• Service interruptions
• Actions of third parties using the community database

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

8. Modifications

8.1 App Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice.

8.2 Terms Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the App after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App and cancelling any active subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

11. General Provisions

• Entirety: These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding the App
• Severability: If a provision is found invalid, the others remain in force
• Waiver: Our failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right
